Welcome to Top Automotive Inc. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Top Automotive Inc provides automotive repair, maintenance, performance upgrades, and vehicle sales services. We specialize in Porsche and European luxury/exotic vehicles.
Service Authorization
All repairs and services require written or verbal authorization from the vehicle owner or authorized representative before work begins. We will provide estimates for all work and obtain approval before proceeding with repairs that exceed the original estimate.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are based on initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered
- We will contact you if additional work is needed beyond the original estimate
- Diagnostic fees may apply and are separate from repair costs
- Prices are subject to change based on parts availability and market conditions
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.
4. Warranty
Parts Warranty
Parts installed by Top Automotive Inc carry manufacturer warranties. OEM and performance parts typically include 12-24 month warranties depending on the manufacturer.
Labor Warranty
Our labor is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of service, whichever comes first. Warranty claims must be submitted to Top Automotive Inc for evaluation.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Modifications not performed by Top Automotive Inc
- Normal wear and tear items
- Track or racing use unless specifically agreed upon
5. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days after service completion may be subject to storage fees. We are not responsible for vehicles stored longer than 90 days without prior written arrangement.
6. Liability
Top Automotive Inc is not liable for:
- Personal property left in vehicles
- Pre-existing conditions not related to our repairs
- Damage caused by undisclosed modifications or alterations
- Consequential or incidental damages beyond the cost of repairs
7. Vehicle Sales
All vehicle sales are "as-is" unless a written warranty is provided. We make every effort to accurately represent vehicles for sale, but buyers are encouraged to conduct independent inspections.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms
- Not use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Respect intellectual property rights
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Top Automotive Inc and protected by copyright laws.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cabarrus County, North Carolina.
